Who it suits.
You own an S corporation or a partnership.
The business return and each owner’s return depend on each other. Preparing them together keeps the figures consistent.
Last year’s return raised more questions than it answered.
Brent explains your return in straightforward terms, so you know what it shows and why.
You want the return to start from reconciled books.
When the same CPA keeps the books through the year, the return begins from numbers already reconciled. Accounting + Tax + Planning brings the two together.

A conversation
Tell us about your business or situation and what you need from your numbers. There is no obligation.
Scope and price in writing
You receive an engagement letter setting out the work and the fee before anything begins.
Your documents
Prior-year returns, year-end financial statements or access to your accounting software, and any tax notices you have received.
Review, then filing
Brent reviews the return with you and answers your questions before it is filed.
Common questions.
When should I get started?
As soon as you can after year-end. Partnership and S corporation returns are generally due earlier than individual returns, and early records leave time for questions.
Can you file an extension?
Yes, when it is needed. An extension gives more time to file, not more time to pay, so any tax due is still estimated and paid by the original deadline.
Do you prepare the owners’ returns too?
Yes. Owners’ individual returns can be prepared alongside the business return. Individual pricing is shown above.
What if the books aren’t ready at year-end?
Bringing them current is scoped before the return is prepared, so the cost is agreed up front.
Can I switch from my current accountant?
Yes, at any point in the year. The records move with you, and the transition is planned before any work begins.
